| dc.description | El presente proyecto tiene como objetivo principal diseñar una propuesta de documentación para la implementación del Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el trabajo bajos los parámetros establecidos en la resolución 0312 de 2019, para la empresa Diseño y Decoración JV S.A.S. Lo primero que se realizó para cumplir con el propósito del trabajo fue una evaluación inicial del SG-SST, esto con el fin de identificar el porcentaje de cumplimiento de los indicadores establecidos en la resolución 0312 de 2019 para una empresa del sector de la construcción con un nivel de riesgo V. Y mediante esta evaluación priorizar los indicadores que la empresa estaba incumpliendo y así enfocarnos en el diseño de nuevos documentos y formatos que ayudaron a mejorar el porcentaje de cumplimiento a los parámetros establecidos por la resolución 0312. Como resultado de la evaluación inicial se obtuvo que la empresa se encuentra con un porcentaje de cumplimiento del 46.50% de los estándares mínimos y luego de hacer la documentación y actualización de algunos ítems del SG-SST la empresa pudo obtener un porcentaje de 93.75% cumplimiento en su mayoría con los estándares mínimos. Identificando así que mediante el desarrollo de la documentación y la implementación de los mismos se puede conseguir un aumento significativo en el porcentaje de cumplimiento de los estándares mínimos para la empresa Diseño y Decoración JV S.A.S. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | The main objective of this project is to design a documentation proposal for the implementation of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System under the parameters established in resolution 0312 of 2019, for the company Diseño y Diseño JV S.A.S. The first thing that was carried out to fulfill the purpose of the work was an initial evaluation of the SG-SST, this in order to identify the percentage of compliance with the indicators established in resolution 0312 of 2019 for a company in the construction sector with a risk level V. And through this evaluation, prioritize the indicators that the company was not complying with and thus focus on the design of new documents and formats that helped improve the percentage of compliance with the parameters established by resolution 0312. As a result of the initial evaluation it was obtained that the company has a compliance percentage of 46.50% of the minimum standards and after doing the documentation and updating of some elements of the SG-SST the company was able to obtain a percentage of 93.75% compliance. majority compliance with minimum standards.
