Diseño de plan estratégico y cuadro de mando integral para la empresa “JS FISH INTERNATIONAL”

Abstract

The company Js Fish International is a company dedicated to the sale and distribution of fish and seafood in the city of Bogotá. Currently the company is going through a business crisis due to the lack of planning since the company does not have good advice and good training in its administrative part, leading to not meeting the established objectives or planning its goals, the constitution in its Organizational structure is affected because the administrator cedes all his responsibility to third parties, who do not have the idea of how to exercise or make the most appropriate decisions for the company. This project seeks to design a strategic plan accompanied by a comprehensive control panel for the company based on a system of indicators that allow obtaining conscious data in a set period of time, in order to make decisions that benefit the company through the final strategies provided by the strategic plan. For the execution of the project, it is sought to make a diagnosis with the administrative area of the company, collecting conclusive information, both qualitative and quantitative, in order to find possible weaknesses and failures within the company to lead to To carry out the best decisions and proposals for improvement, it is intended to evaluate factors that are related to the company both internally and externally from the SWOT strategic matrix.
