| dc.description | La agencia de aduanas Siaco es una de las principales empresas de agenciamiento aduanero en el país, forma parte del grupo Repremundo el cual es el conjunto de siete empresas que se dedican a desarrollar diferentes especialidades de comercio exterior, Siaco se enfoca en realizar asesoría y ejecutar procesos de importación y exportación principalmente, cuenta con grandes clientes que realizan esas operaciones en grandes cantidades y de forma continua, el manejo que le da la empresa a esos clientes es de forma anticipada y sistematizada a todos sus procesos; por ello no se presentan grandes problemas para brindar el servicio. Sin embargo, se identificaron problemas en las importaciones para pequeños clientes. Por demoras en el proceso de la operación se han presentado atrasos, multas e incumplimiento ante el cliente. Por esta razón, en este trabajo se ha propuesto un apoyo digital, el cual va a ser un contacto directo entre la empresa y esos pequeños clientes que se beneficiarían de una plataforma que les permita ejecutar sus procesos paso a paso. | es_ES |
