| dc.description | La finalidad de este proyecto de grado es identificar y describir todos aquellos problemas que generan el retraso de los procesos productivos de la empresa PCI Mármoles, Piedra y Granito. Se inicia con un diagnostico que permite identificar las variables que conllevan a una baja productividad. Mediante una auditoria Lean, se pretende diagnosticar el estado actual de la organización frente a herramientas como las 5’s, el Poka Yoke, El control visual (Andon), El SMED, el TPM, El Gemba Kaizen y obtener el estado actual de la empresa. Después de hacer el análisis de los factores involucrados en el proceso que disminuyan la productividad se realiza una selección y análisis del posible mejoramiento de estos que contribuyan a la mejora de la productividad de la empresa. Con base en esta información se establecerá el plan de mejoramiento teniendo en cuenta los recursos necesarios y la disposición final de estos. | es_ES |
