| dc.description | Por medio de la investigación realizada se pretende resaltar la importancia que tiene la infraestructura vial en tiempos en los que se busca ser un país competitivo en el contexto internacional. Por lo tanto, el objetivo primordial es analizar de una manera comparativa la competitividad de la infraestructura vial colombiana tomando como referencia las estrategias implementadas en Ecuador. Para el desarrollo de esta investigación se tomó en cuenta la metodología cualitativa, lo que permite analizar a profundidad la infraestructura de ambos países. Los resultados que arrojó el estudio aplicando el modelo de competitividad de Esser Klaus, es que Colombia presenta un rezago en la calidad de su infraestructura vial comparada con la de Ecuador y esto obedece a la política de infraestructura vial implementada por Ecuador acompañada por un buen rubro de inversión a partir del año 2007 hasta el 2014. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | Through the research carried out it is intended to highlight the importance of road infraestructure in times in which it seeks to be a competitive country in the international context. therefore,the main objective is to analyze in a comparative way the competitiveness of Colombian road infraestructure taking as reference the estretegies implemented in Ecuador. For the development of this research the qualitative methodology was taken into account, which allows to analyze in depth the infraestrucutre of both countries. The results of the study applying competitiveness Esser Klaus, is that Colombia presents a lag in the quality of its road infraestructure compared to that of Ecuador and this is due to the road infraestructure policy implemented Ecuador accompanied by a good itemvestment from 2007 to 2014. | es_ES |
