Abstract

The research project is based on architectural design and the proposal of an innovation city, wich will promote the intellectual development citizens, mitigating the unemployment and the difficulty that find the youth community to get the first job, wich seeks to enhance human talent as a productive means of boosting the growth of the metropolitan economy through business formation. The proposed innovation city has different incubators of entrepreneurship located in strategically specific sectors in multiple cores, in an area approximately has eigth hundred meter of radio in order to cocer communication between these of no more than ten minutes of travel. One of these incubators of entrepreneurship located in UPZ 107 Quinta Paredes in the town of Teusaquillo thats incluided in the Operación estratégica Anillo de Innovación, wich forces the city to innovate in its infrastructure, taking into account the immediate context such as the National University of Colombia and accompained by projects of important magnitude for the city know as the INNOBO project, accompained by boulevars connected to the UN, the commuter train, the metro and the expansion of the avenues that surround it, it will be focused on the Cultural Industries that are the graphic arts, cinematography, architecture and business management.
