dc.descriptionFast & System Solutions es una empresa dedicada al mantenimiento y venta de computadores y de equipos periféricos, que presenta problemas con su proceso de compras y manejo de inventarios. Con el fin de identificar los problemas del establecimiento, fue necesario utilizar información histórica de ventas para calcular el volumen de ventas y los costos generados entre julio de 2021 y julio de 2022, encontrando una gran diferencia entre el total invertido mes a mes y la recuperación presentada en el mismo periodo. Partiendo de un proceso de investigación mixta, fue diseñado todo el proceso metodológico, que inició con la recopilación, estandarización y análisis de toda la información recopilada, además, permitió definir las variables adecuadas para desarrollar una herramienta funcional para lograr un correcto control de inventarios.es_ES
dc.description.abstractFast & System Solutions is a company dedicated to the maintenance and sale of computers and several accessories, which has some problems with its purchasing process and inventory management.
