Diseño de un plan estratégico de logística para la exportación fluvial de frutas exóticas por la cuenca Amazónica

Abstract

This work of degree is oriented to the design of a logistic plan for the export of exotic fruits of Colombia to other destinies of fluvial way by the Amazon basin. For this purpose a characterization of the main exotic fruits of this region, their exports and the reasons why the export in the department is not promoted. Subsequently, the main characteristics of fluvial transport through the Amazon basin are determined and finalized with the approach of the efficient logistic plan and that allows to reduce export costs for one of the main exotic fruits such as Arazá. The design of the research is non-experimental descriptive and secondary sources of information were used to respond to the proposed research objectives, within the most outstanding conclusions we can indicate the lack of knowledge in the international market of these fruits, lack knowledge of the producers in the export processes and the non-promotion of these products by the regional and national authorities of the export promotion.
