Concerned about health, we want to examine in this staging the mode of metamorphosis and liberation experienced by the genius and the saint, as well as the scope of them. We will do that from the main work of
the philosopher Schopenhauer, The World as Will and Idea. This liberation can only be understood if we com-
prehend that this is about taking distance from the theater of the world and its distinctive feature: the stormy
suffering. So that we will analyze, first, how this scenario is constituted in order to answer the fundamental question of what is the world. This issue crosses the whole of Schopenhauer’s work and its possible response
throws us to consider its obverse and reverse, idea and will; as also to analyze the faces printed on them respectively, the genius and the saint. This publication is a reading and interpretation of The World as Will and Idea in a theatrical key. It is then an approach to the philosopher’s thought through the theatrical figures of the genius and the saint. The foregoing will allow the reader to understand the composition and the constitutive features of the immortal work of Schopenhauer.

Lo haremos desde la obra fundamental de Schopenhauer El mundo como voluntad y representación. Esta liberación solo puede entenderse como una toma de distancia, precisamente, del teatro del mundo y su rasgo distintivo: el tormentoso sufrimiento. De modo que analizaremos, en un primer momento, cómo está constituido el escenario, es decir, cuáles son las dos caras del teatro, para responder a la pregunta fundamental qué es el mundo. Su posible respuesta nos arroja a considerar su anverso y reverso, la representación y la voluntad; a su vez, nos permite a analizar las caras impresas en ellas respectivamente, a saber, el genio y el santo. Es importante señalar que esta publicación es una lectura e interpretación de El mundo como voluntad y representación en clave teatral. Se trata entonces de una aproximación al pensamiento del filósofo a través de las figuras teatrales del genio y el santo. Lo anterior, le pemitirá al lector comprender la composición y los rasgos constitutivos de la obra del filósofo de Schopenhauer.
