| dc.description | El presente proyecto tiene como objeto el diseño de la estructura organizacional de la empresa Plomería y Acabados Gutiérrez el cual consiste en realizar un diagnóstico previo del estado actual de la compañía teniendo en cuenta las divisiones por departamentos y las interacciones de las partes interesadas internas de la organización, con ello se analizará como llevan el manejo de los conceptos básicos de una estructura organizacional y la funcionalidad dentro de la empresa, con herramientas tales como encuestas, entrevistas, y observaciones directas. Se hará una conceptualización con diferentes fuentes como libros, artículos, páginas web entre otras, basadas en una investigación que permita analizar la competitividad de la empresa en el sector y como la aplicabilidad de estos conceptos en el plano real contribuirá al crecimiento interno de la misma, con el fin de realizar el diseño de la estructura organizacional dentro de la empresa tales como políticas, manuales de funciones y procedimientos, organigrama, jerarquía, misión y visión entre otros. La elaboración de la estructura organizacional de la empresa contribuye al beneficio de esta con el fin de que se establezca con claridad los roles, responsabilidades y funciones de cada área y procesos que la organización desempeña llegando al cumplimiento de objetivos eficientemente |
| dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this project is to design the organizational structure of the company Plumbing and Finishing Gutiérrez, which consists of carrying out a preliminary diagnosis of the current state of the company, taking into account the divisions by departments and the interactions of the internal stakeholders of the company. organization, this will analyze how they manage the basic concepts of an organizational structure and functionality within the company, with tools such as surveys, interviews, and direct observations. A conceptualization will be made with different sources such as books, articles, web pages among others, based on an investigation that allows to analyze the competitiveness of the company in the sector and how the applicability of these concepts in the real plane will contribute to the internal growth of the same , in order to carry out the design of the organizational structure within the company such as policies, manuals of functions and procedures, organization chart, hierarchy, mission and vision among others. The elaboration of the organizational structure of the company contributes to the benefit of this in order to clearly establish the roles, responsibilities and functions of each area and processes that the organization performs, reaching the fulfillment of objectives efficiently. |
