Propuesta de la documentación del Sistema de Gestión de Calidad para la empresa Cristales Anfer, bajo los lineamientos de la NTC ISO 9001 versión 2015

Abstract

With the following work are delivered all the results that were derived from the design of the documented information which is the item for the implementation of the Quality Management System in Crystals company Anfer S.A.S. The documented information was the main thing to start the organizational analysis of the company as required by NTC ISO 9001: 2015 in numeral 4.1, subsequently all the interested parties that relate to the S.G.C., numeral 4.2 of the ISO and their needs, expectations and the way in which the company faces them, were identified, As a third activity was the planning of the system, resulting in the quality objectives, mission, vision, and policies, the processes that are reflected in the general map of processes are defined, in the map the interactions between the processes are identified and describing the structure of each process, designed the characterizations of each one, with the methodology of the PHVA cycle, showing the outputs and inputs of the processes, another activity present in the work is the creation of matrices for the identification of risks and opportunities which allowed us to know the causes, impact, valuation and action, probability of occurrence and control actions. Finally, the documentation required by the NTC ISO 9001: 2015 and its compliance is reported at 90% and 70% of that required by the company.
