ANALIZAR EL ÍNDICE DE SATISFACCIÓN LABORAL EN LOS EMPLEADOS DE LA ENTIDAD INTEGRADA DE SERVICIOS DE SALUD SUBRED E.S.E
Resumen
Esta investigación de análisis documental está enfocada en el impacto que tiene la medición
laboral en términos de satisfacción que presenta la organización Subred Integrada de Servicios de
Salud Sur E.S.E.
El impacto organizacional que se presenta en el contexto laboral ha permitido que el
aprendizaje y la adopción de nuevas alternativas impulsadas por la motivación y evolución laboral
en su entorno, a partir de esta idea, las nuevas estrategias en relación con las condiciones laborales
permiten la oportunidad de incursionar en el fortalecimiento de habilidades, evitando los factores
que obstaculizan opciones de cambio (Mallida, 2021)
Abstract
This documentary analysis research is focused on the impact that measurement has
employment in terms of satisfaction presented by the Integrated Subnet of Services of
Salud Sur E.S.E.
The organizational impact that occurs in the work context has allowed the
learning and the adoption of new alternatives driven by motivation and work evolution
in their environment, based on this idea, the new strategies in relation to working conditions
allow the opportunity to venture into the strengthening of skills, avoiding the factors
that hinder options for change (Mallida, 2021)
