Abstract

Estilos en cuero is a microenterprise located in Madrid Cundinamarca, dedicated to leather goods, being a microenterprise that does not exceed two years in the market, shows some difficulties in administrative issues; precisely because of this problem we are looking for a way to contribute to the internal development of the organization by improving decision making and strengthening the administrative bases in order to cope with market changes, in this situation arises the proposal of the strategic plan based on the systemic approach of Fred R. David, improving administrative management, the analysis of internal and external information through the use of strategic matrices, identifying the strengths and weaknesses of Estilos en Cuero as well as opportunities and threats of the sector.
