Propuesta de mejora para aumentar la productividad en mano de obra, utilizando herramientas de Lean Manufacturing en la empresa Corporación Centro Regional de Población (CCRP).

Abstract

The Corporación Centro Regional de Población (CCRP), is a non-profit company dedicated to research and experimental development in the field of social sciences and humanities, in which it operates under public tenders in social projects such as: Sisbén: It is the System of Identification of Potential Beneficiaries of Social Programs. (Sisbén, 2017) PAI: Expanded Programme on Immunization. (Salud, 2016) MEN: Ministry of National Education. (MinEducation, 2019) The company CCRP is established as the object of study of the research project where the proposal for the improvement of the labor production system under the tools of Lean Manufacturing has been directly defined. The main objective is to analyze and study the reasons for the processes that intervene within the company in terms of quality, in terms of workforce, seen from the management area, Likewise, with respect to each of the processes which determine a low productivity index or an impairment of optimum quality, where the workforce is involved; In this way a diagnosis will be obtained of the activities that the company determines for the development of the proposal, making application of engineering tools such as: The 5s, Andon, Kaizen model, inspection forms, flow diagrams, cause and effect diagrams, problem tree and those that are required to achieve improved labor production.
