Abstract

Likewise a second instrument is developed in the buildable band where a continuous typological morpho development is proposed, which articulates the municipality with the South Rim, on the other hand, the densification of strategic points allowing the buildable height, of 4, 6, 8 and 10, establishing apple centers and typologies in L. With the use of multifamily, single-family, business, administrative and commercial housing, with residential, mixed use activities, equipment and commerce.
