Dear readers: For the Faculty of Economic and Administrative Sciences of Uniagustiniana, it is a pleasure to present the fourth edition of the bulletin "Sustainable Management", which is built as a result of dialogue between teachers, students, graduates and businessmen of our faculty and addresses business sustainability, as an axis of social transformation. In this edition, sustainable entrepreneurship, labor productivity, the role of higher education in the country's development and trends in current social dynamics are addressed. Likewise, the academic events led by the Faculty of Economic and Administrative Sciences in this first semester of the year 2022 are presented. The business directory of the Faculty of Economic and Administrative Sciences is also presented, a space designed so that students, graduates, teachers, administrators and other members of the Uniagustinian community can publicize their undertakings and the products or services of their business.
