    Relación entre revestimiento y actividad en equipamientos de lectura

    Summary Today, many buildings are designed for certain programmatic functions in their interior, for example, in the case of reading equipment, social, administrative, maintenance, reading areas, laboratories, showrooms, etc. Each space requires specific physical characteristics, which, if not taken into account, people use these de differently, or they fail to be active as they are not comfortable. Understand the project as a set of separate systems, led us to the question what is the relationship between the coating with the activity ?, with the aim of designing reading equipment that establishes the relationship between these two architectural concepts. For this we design a methodology, after having investigated the factors and coating characteristics and activity, we bring these variables to the field of study and we will identify the coating variables in some existing neighborhood facilities, then we will analyze some reference reading equipments comparing them with each other, We will continue with a synthesis of the data collected in the field and the analysis of references to choose the most appropriate characteristics of coating and activity, and finally propose a concept that is applicable to the design of reading equipment. In conclusion, the cladding and activity share to be a link between the interior and exterior, understanding the interior as the activity of a project and the cladding as the boundary between the city and the activity of the building, when designing the cladding with the activity you can achieve better comfort and more activity in a space.
