    Relación entre vivienda y espacios intersticiales para mitigar la segregación socio espacial en el barrio Florencia localidad de Fontibón.

    The house has the potential to attract multiple activities in its function, therefore this project focuses on how the house can be related to the interstitial spaces in the Florence neighborhood of Fontibón; Because these spaces cause socio-spatial segregation because they act independently of residential use, in addition to being characterized by being delimited with a blind wall, becoming an unsafe and inaccessible area. So to respond to this problem and articulate the interstitial spaces, commerce was used as a complementary activity to housing and use that allows activating the area. To do this, a methodology with a mixed approach was implemented from three stages. In the first stage, the interstitial spaces that have the greatest impact on the home are identified by means of activity graphs. In the second stage, commerce is used as a complementary activity to housing and a dynamic element of interstitial spaces, implementing strategies to relate the programs, and finally, the third stage allows us to deduce through tests the distribution and interstitial space that generates greater activity and articulation with its context. In this way, conclude with the spatial aspects that relate the house to the interstitial spaces, obtaining appropriation of the interstitial spaces and consequently mitigating the socio-spatial segregation in the Florence neighborhood.
