Item Lesiones físico-deportivas por efectos de confinamiento en estudiantes universitarios practicantes de actividades físico-deportivasZuluaga-Cuevas, Dayana Nataly; Otálvaro Simijaca, Wuendy JohannaThere is no precedent for the scenario that university sports have experienced as a result of confinement in the pedagogical space. The World Health Organization (WHO) confirmed that most athletes have had to face many difficulties, first of all, training from their place of residence; all this without taking into account the consequences of practical practices, such as sports injuries. Sports medical corporations have announced the consequences of training under self-knowledge, without any support from professionals or sports pedagogical structures; Therefore, a pedagogical strategy is proposed that allows the approach to processes derived from confinement with respect to sports injuries originating in university students belonging to sports groups. This article is organized under the qualitative methodology, exploratory and with a bibliographic design. For this, 72 university students who are part of a sport practice on a continuous or regular basis were surveyed; The data collected showed that 63% of the population had a sports injury, 54% did not have the support of a professional in the training routines and 97% did not know the pedagogical training plans. Thus, it is concluded that pedagogy as a regulatory body for the development of learning activities imposes a requirement in the area of knowledge of sport, since, through various didactic forms, it notably influences the clarification of the forms of implementation and the understanding of various sports techniques. Likewise, significant learning for self-care and responsibility is achieved in any adverse situation that arises, in order to avoid sports injuries.
