    The purpose of the work is to carry out an investigation in which the problems that arise in the gastronomic sector of the Olaya neighborhood are analyzed, using tools that help the evolution and development of a proposal that analyzes tourism and gastronomy in the sector and where it is promoted consumption in these types of gastronomic establishments.
