    Vega-Morales, Olga; Valdelamar-González, Diana; Maldonado-Triana, Andrés; Parra-León, Nydia
During first months in 2020, we saw an atypical situation coming, which would produce a worldwide change. The Covid-19 pandemic came to transform radically the world just as we know it, since it managed to infect a large part of world population. This entire crisis caused big blows in different fields, such as workplaces, an economic crisis never seen before, high unemployment rates in the country, etc. Because of pandemic, a big part of health workers was exposed to the virus, therefore a question comes up about the impact that Covid-19 has had in quality of life of IPS RANGEL REHABILITACIÓN workers during pandemic time in first six months in 2020. To achieve the objectives set out in this project, we based on the synthetic method whose purpose is to analyze all the information expected to be compiled through a survey, in order to identify the factors caused by pandemic which affected the IPS medical personnel and in turn, the changes in their quality of life. The results obtained, confirmed that the sector under study was strongly affected by the pandemic, and it generated uncertainty caused by the exposition to the virus, increase in workload, fear, restriction in quality time with families, increase in outgoings, anxiety, and some other factors that evidently affects the IPS personnel well-being in all dimensions.
