    The architectural and urban social impacts that occur in various regions of the world give rise to the factors of expulsion and segregation in negative consequences that globalization brings and cultural that generate a deterritorialization; In a system of acquiring the capital of the cities as observed in the gentrification processes that refers to this process coined in the London urban context, “as a process of urban renewal of old downtown areas of the cities as a result of the arrival of strata middle and high ”(Rojo Mendoza, 2016, p. 698 cited by Glass, 1964), evidenced through the globalization of these institutions, whether administrative or economic, being derived from the social classes of the urban environment as evidenced in the town of La Candelaria Bogota Colombia.
