They were mainly engaged in the production of cakes, cupcakes, puff pastries, chessecake and desserts. Its purpose was to provide a wide range of cakes with designs that will fill the palate of its customers with flavor and new experiences. The company bases its operation on the good service and the delicious taste of its meals, that is why it has defined as its main values the quality, the honesty, the passion, the respect, the companionship, the commitment and the creativity with the objective that these are their biggest differential against their competitors and likewise make it a unique place. Currently, the company does not have a structured strategic planning model that supports the administrative management process, allowing it to organize and systematize operations or operating procedures under a same approach in accordance with future projections of what is intended to be achieved and the mechanisms or tools necessary to achieve it. . The project will focus on the development and structuring of a strategic planning model for the Sukere Restaurant in a systematic manner, complying with the specific objectives where the order for the achievement of the relevant proposals is evidenced, making use of the logical framework methodology as a tool guide for achieving the expected results.Item Propuesta de mejoramiento al proceso productivo del surtidor Caviri y CIA S.A.S usando la metodología de estudio del trabajoLagos Puertas, Catalina; Moreno Moreno, John Sebastian; Santos Yate, Harold Dagoberto; Quiroz Castellano, Carlos AndresEl Surtidor Caviri y Cia S.A.S, a company with more than 40 years of experience in the packaging, distribution and marketing of products of the family shopping basket, is the central object of study of this project with emphasis on the identification of factors that cause inefficiency in production operations of the organization and submit proposals and recommendations which are able to reduce and/or eliminate these inefficiencies and improve the production process of the same through the application of engineering tools and the methodology of the study of the work. In the first place, the functioning of the productive system of the company, in order to analyze the current state of the same which made it possible to collect sufficient information to demonstrate and quantify problems present in the system as a waste of materials, delays, lack of product in linear, underutilization of machinery, unnecessary operations, lack of planning, among others. Having identified the problems presented in the productive system and the collection and organization of information provided by the company, we study various engineering methods and tools that make it possible to eliminate and/or reduce such problems and adapt to the needs of the company. Once taken the organized information is presented to the company plans and proposals for improvements that impact in important ways to the problems identified in the productive system, making the economic benefits that it brings to the organization the placement and implementation of these improvements.
