Item Estrategias de gestión del estrés en docentes de básica primaria en los ultimos 10 años en latinoamérica / Stress Management Strategies in Primary School Teachers over the Last 10 Years in Latin AmericaGuerrero-Rojas, Sonia Milena; Ruiz-Barbosa, Sandra Janeth; Castro-Raba, Diana Rocío; Diana Derly Bueno CastroThe research describes how chronic stress leads to psychological effects (anxiety, depression, and burnout syndrome), physical symptoms (chronic fatigue and musculoskeletal disorders), and behavioral issues (absenteeism and low job performance). As a key finding, it was determined that the most effective strategies combine psychosocial support, recreational and wellness activities, and cognitive restructuring techniques for emotional regulation. The study concludes that teacher stress is a multifactorial phenomenon that requires a global institutional approach to improve working conditions and guarantee the quality of life of educators in the region.
