    The objective of this research is to determine the commercial export opportunity for the jean pants line of Permoda Ltda. in the market of Madrid, Spain. To achieve this purpose, the research was supported by the theoretical framework of the Uppsala model, the documentary research methodology was also applied, which allowed obtaining the results of the current situation of the jean pants manufacturing sector for export and determining the process for the export of the jean pants line of the company Permoda Ltda. and identifying the strategies to position the brand in the market of Madrid, Spain. The research concluded that Permoda Ltda. has a great commercial opportunity to enter the Spanish market with its brand Koaj, since it has entry facilities thanks to the free trade agreement which indicates that the tariff relief is 0%, in addition, this company has experience exporting to Latin American countries, which is convenient to have better adaptability in the export process to Europe.
