Item Factores que determinan un plan de capacitación de las competencias del cargo y las competencias blandas de un centro médico de terapéuticas alternativas en la ciudad de Bogotá.Ballesteros-Castro, Eduardo José; Cifuentes, Yazmín Andrea; Rojas-Diaz, Diana Astrid; Parra-León, NydiaIn the present investigation on the factors that determine a Training plan for the competencies of the position, and the soft-skills of an alternative therapies medical center in the city of Bogotá, as a general objective we searched to: determine the factors for a Training plan for the competencies of the position, and the soft-skills of an alternative therapies medical center in the city of Bogotá. The targeted population were the collaborators of a medical center dedicated to the management of pathologies through alternative therapies that make patient care a memorable experience, with academic spirit and committed human resource, located in the city of Bogotá in the town of Suba; which will benefit from the training plan. The methodology used was mixed, action research, which allowed the application of instruments such as: Diagnostic Test, Semi-structured Interview and Test. Among the conclusions there is: employees manage soft skills and job skills, which contribute with the attributes or capabilities of a person to perform their job effectively and achieve intrapersonal and interpersonal emotional development. The interaction between managers and employees is also achieved, since what is important is the ability to problem-solve, and make the correct decisions, near to the role instructions, functions and position-specific actions, which together contribute to the company's well-being. In regard to the managers, they expect employees to have confidence in the functions, procedures and all the elements characteristic of each position, showing respect for rules that govern the guidelines of the organization.
