    Diseño del sistema de gestión ambiental, bajo los requisitos de la norma ISO 14001:2015 en la empresa ENLETRAPEGADA

    The current undergraduate work with emphasis in Environmental Management presents the development of the Environmental Management System in the company ENLETRAPEGADA, pretending from the beginning to make an adequate control of the different waste generated in the development of the company's activity. As established by ISO 14001: 2015, the development of the work was proposed in different stages, the planning phase (where results, policies, and basic documentary structure are generated), then a development and documentation phase was carried out, after This measures were carried out to the implemented activities in order to verify that what had been proposed was fulfilled and, finally, decisions were made to improve the Management system itself. It should be noted that this exercise had the support of the general management, and the different actors involved in the environmental management system. The research starts by recognizing that applying an adequate model of environmental management, focused on a standard that improves the possibilities of growth in the company, depends on a careful analysis of the qualities and characteristics of the local environment, considering the main difficulties that exist environmental level according to the productive activities, and the possible strategies that can be applied. For the above, it is necessary to take into account the resources, management systems and capabilities of each company, in order to help reverse the negative situations that arise.
