    The following work presents the analysis, standardization and design of processes for the information security area of ​​the company ITC TECHNOLOGICAL SOLUTIONS, since it currently does not have the definition of the processes and this hinders a successful execution of professionals in front of to the different activities to be carried out. The purpose of the project is to standardize and formalize the processes for the company, with the endorsement of the professional in the area of ​​information security, taking into account the activities that it carries out on a daily basis. In the same way, the elements necessary to understand the document, the theories, terms and concepts necessary are presented, both to present the diagrams developed and to explain and make the contribution that is cited in this work.
