    El puente está quebrado. Aporte desde la inteligencia emocional a la resolución de conflictos en los estudiantes de grado octavo del colegio Agustiniano Norte

    This Project is done in order to apply for the title of Especialistas en Pegagogía (Teaching specilists), its general objective is to understand ¿how does the emotional intelligence infer in the solution of problems lived by a group of students from 4th grade who are studying at Agustiniano Norte school?, it aims to identify the recognition and management of emotions by the students and it has a central axe which emerges from the concept of emotional intelligence and the problems within the classrooms so that it let the students the capability to solve them. This work is based in the theories exposed by Daniel Goleman related with emotional intelligence and of some other experts that describe and consider it as a competence, as a force and a positive or negative factor for behaving; the research tends to visualize and give a whole understanding of the students who daily face conflictive situations both personal and interpersonal, the investigation uses a qualifier approach based on the case study, that presents in the use of some instruments the thought of the students showed by using their emotions and that evidences the importance of giving an emotional education in order to improve the interaction and the social relations within the partners.
