    Satisfacción laboral en Lácteos Rio Grande SAS

    This integrative project is carried out taking as reference the company Lácteos Rio Grande SAS, located in Plato-Magdalena, job satisfaction is outlined as a determinant of performance, important variables to influence the attitude that an employee has in his workplace, it arises as a research question, ¿How does job satisfaction affect the strengthening of the performance of the employees of the Lácteos Rio Grande SAS company located in Plato -Magdalena? , To obtain some indications, a survey was carried out, with daily questions of the management, the application of the survey and review of the results, was based on the deductive method. The results on the perception of the employees of their work environment, for the most part were positive, which allowed us to conclude that they work in ideal conditions that promote satisfaction in carrying out their activities, however, it is possible to demonstrate a poor implementation of processes, to the strengthening of the work environment and development of an optimal, dynamic work environment that promotes job satisfaction and results in excellent worker performance, likewise it is inferred by the results and the company environment that employees have no way of measuring beyond the organization where they are, because it is in an area where labor informality encompasses a large part of commerce and being linked to a legally organized company they feel stability and that reflects their comfort in their employment.
