    Grancolombiana de Dotaciones is a clothing manufacturing company that aims to satisfy external customers with high-quality and products at affordable prices, it is recognized in the market as a company that designs clothing with a wide variety of materials, all to meet customer standards. Currently, the company experiences a high turnover rate due to a lack of defined job descriptions that outline requirements, the position, experience, knowledge, skills, responsibilities, tools of work and immediate supervisor, to address this issue, the company has compiled internal information and proposed to the manager to design a job manual that summarizes specific activities for each role, as well as creating an organizational chart of the company's structure. Once the proposal is finalized, it will be presented to the manager and explained how this tool can improve processes by avoiding duplicated functions and retaining key personnel in the organization. It will also be utilized as a guide for both internal employees and new personnel that joining the company.
