    Oportunidad comercial de carne bovina desde Colombia hacia Finlandia

    The aim of this investigation is to identify the commercial opportunities in the beef sector between Colombia and Finland. This work has a descriptive methodology, that seeks to show the variables to determine if it is possible or not to export beef from Colombia to Finland. The market variables analyzed included geographical context, legal, and other factors such as price, production and consumption of the goods to be marketed. It is evident that Finland is a country that has the potential to import items in several areas, and looking at the livestock sector, it was found that its beef production does not satisfy its own domestic demand, which creates an important opportunity for Colombia. It was identified that Colombia complies with the requirements demanded by Finland from the legal, phytosanitary, among others, and Colombia has the potential in factors of production and supply of bovine meat. In summary, after finding a commercial opportunity to export beef to Finland, this work found that Colombia has the production capability to supply beef to Finland, complying with all its import requirements.
