And in this way confront the challenges that the progress of globalization imposes. The results of the investigation demonstrated that the application of the full package to the textile and confection sector, it is efficient and promotes the industrial development that thinks about how to maximize the competitive advantages of every company, as evidenced by the industries in Asia and Latin America, who have been successful in the application of this system to its productive chain. Colombia, in spite of the difficulties presented by the fluctuations of the market, the contraband and the disloyal competition, with this strategy has been overcome and remain in competition for the quality of its products and innovation.Item Cadena Productiva del Café en ColombiaBermudez Ballen, Monica Alejandra; Nuncira Cervantes, Wilson AlonsoThe objective of this research is to describe and identify the productive chain of the Colombian coffee sector, established and formalized since the breaking of the world coffee pact, in order to analyze and understand its sustainability in the international market. To achieve the established objectives, a brief investigation was made about the productive chain of the Colombian coffee sector, describing the organizations and institutions that constitute it, determining the functions of each one of them; complementing it with analysis in variables of production, employment and exports, and a comparison between exports and the price of the Colombian soft at the international level in order to establish its behavior, from the breaking of the pact in 1989 to the year 2017. The investigation showed as a result that the productive chain of coffee in recent decades has been strengthened and consolidated in the international market in a favorable manner, a situation that allows us to infer that this chain has played an important role in cushioning the ups and downs of the price of coffee. on an international level.Item Clúster azucarero en ColombiaVera Pereira, Katherine Andrea; Peralta Moreno, Wendy Catalina; Nuncira Cervantes, Wilson AlonsoThrough the development of this research, it was analyzed, if the sugar cluster in Colombia is solid enough and competitive in such a way that it can be consolidated in different international markets, besides identifying possible opportunities that this could take advantage. To achieve the objectives performed a brief investigation into the structure of the cluster, as well as determined the level of competitiveness of this in the sector, variables of type, meso, macro and meta were analyzed that can influence the competitive functioning of the same at national and international level. This research in complemented with the analysis of the advance and scope that he sugar cluster has achieved after the global crisis of 2008 through the statistical study of exports. The investigation threw as a result that the sugar cluster over the last few years; it has strengthened and consolidated with the help of the institutions involved, which contribute to the development of technology, projects, environmental sustainability, and business sustainability over time. That contributes to improve productivity and efficiency of the companies that conform it, promoting the advance and scope of the chain in the international market bearing in mind that after the global crisis of 2008, exports increased by reflecting the strengthening cluster.Item Competitividad de la economía de Chile y de Colombia y sus exportaciones a ChinaRojas-Ramirez, Angie Viviana; Nuncira Cervantes, Wilson AlonsoThe objective of this research is to analyze the competitiveness of the economy of Chile and Colombia; with the purpose of identifying the behavior of its exports to the Chinese market. To achieve the established objectives, a study was made about the competitiveness of the Chilean and Colombian economy, applying the systemic competitiveness model of Klauss Esser and also, the behavior of Chilean and Colombian products was analyzed to the Chinese market. The investigation showed that the Colombian economy is less competitive than the Chilean economy according to the Global Competitiveness Report 2018 of the World Economic Forum, therefore, Colombia needs to improve at the meso, macro and meta levels that will allow it to increase exports to the Chinese market and thus close the gap in relation to the products exported by Chile.Item Competitividad del sector de la floricultura colombiana a nivel internacionalReyes-Flórez, Oriana; Sánchez-Patiño, Laura Vanesa; Nuncira Cervantes, Wilson AlonsoThe main aim of this work is to analyze the competitiveness of the Colombian flowering sector and to determine the factors that make it the second most competitive in the global market. To obtaining this purpose, Esser Klaus's theoretical framework of systemic competitiveness was applied, supported by the documentary research method that represents a systematic process of research, collection, organization, analysis and interpretation of information. The results show that the competitiveness of the Colombian flowering sector is determined by the meso and macro levels. The first stands out for excellent geographical conditions, great flower diversification, a very well-structured sector value chain and the support of public and private entities. The second highlights the country's good macroeconomic management, which has given it recognition from international agencies, a situation that translates into stimulus for the consolidation of the flowering sector at the international level. Yet, an important aspect in which the meta level must be improved is, because its results in the security, future orientation of government and transparency/corruption aspects create distrust of entrepreneurs. Likewise, to support the competitiveness of the Colombian flowering sector, its positioning at the international level was analyzed through the behavior of its exports.Item La competitividad del sector minero – esmeraldero en Colombia post COVID – 19Castellanos-Barragán, Carlos Javier; Nuncira Cervantes, Wilson AlonsoThe objective of this research is to analyze the competitiveness of the emerald sector in Colombia, which was drastically affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, in order to identify and propose improvement actions, for which the theoretical framework of competitiveness was applied in the systemic approach exposed by Klaus Esser, supported by a documentary-type methodology. The investigation determines the shortcomings that appear in the links of the productive chain of the emerald subsector at the meso level; and the general problems at the macro and target levels that affect the aforementioned subsector, therefore, actions are proposed to improve the competitiveness of the emerald sector in post-Coronavirus Colombia, both in the production chain and in management through the emerald trade associations in Colombia, with the national government, in such a way that public policies are generated tending to optimize the result of the objective proposed in this study.Item Derivar lecciones de competitividad para la infraestructura vial colombiana a partir del caso ecuatoriano 2007-2016Quintero-Ospina, Yesenia; Nuncira Cervantes, Wilson AlonsoThrough the research carried out it is intended to highlight the importance of road infraestructure in times in which it seeks to be a competitive country in the international context. therefore,the main objective is to analyze in a comparative way the competitiveness of Colombian road infraestructure taking as reference the estretegies implemented in Ecuador. For the development of this research the qualitative methodology was taken into account, which allows to analyze in depth the infraestrucutre of both countries. The results obtained in the research show that liberalization policies based on Special Economic Zones, large-scale privatization of companies and the restriction of state intervention in the economy, encouraged exports in the following sectors: Agriculture, Industry and later services sector, which play an important role in China's economic growth and development.Item Estrategias de internacionalización a través del marketing digital para pymes de servicios. Estudio caso: Avianca Holdings S.A.Navarro Vidales, Hadasa Jired; Nuncira Cervantes, Wilson AlonsoThe ecosystem of the digital economy is one of the tools that has allowed an evolution in business organizational systems and its importance is relevant to highlight its impact in the economic and social field in relation to the growth of companies and countries. Therefore, this paper analyzes the digital marketing strategies that have facilitated the internationalization of the multinational Avianca Holdings S.A. in order to define which of these strategies can be adapted by SMEs of Colombian services so that these can be consolidated and obtain a transformation in the local and foreign market. The research concludes that service SMEs in Colombia do not apply innovative digital marketing tools, whose purpose is to optimize business development through ICTs for their competitiveness, either due to lack of knowledge or lack of knowledge, delimiting their growth. For a possible solution to the above, the study exposes different types of platforms that entrepreneurs can access easily, free and at a low cost for their improvement of inventories of the company, financial control, increase in sales, scope of new market segments and increase of assertiveness when making corporate decisions.Item Estrategias resilientes para la cadena de suministro del sector de confeccion en colombiaGarcia Ortiz, Laura Natalia; Pardo Caro, Iván Mateo; Barragán Moreno,Gabriel ErnestoThe objective of this research is to determine strategies that can be applied by supply chains in the Colombian confection industries, so that risks can be mitigated through the concept of resilience. For this research the most important parts of the confection industry supply chain were identified and characterized, as to better know the most relevant logistic processes on the three main products: zippers buttons and cloth so to identify the possible risks that can occur during the supply chain. Therefore, there is realized an analysis of the Japanese culture, of his values and beginning and as they them apply in the table of negotiation opposite to his interlocutors; looking so the relations are lasting and that the needs of both parts are fulfilled in a balanced way, generating this way a mutual benefit. For this reason, this research was intended to determine the best methods that the Internet can provide with which the company Bogotá Maquila could achieve the internationalization of its services offered. For this purpose, an internal diagnosis of the company was first carried out with the help of Michael Porter's value chain, in which the strengths and weaknesses presented in each link of the chain were identified, in order to establish the most appropriate strategies and tools to achieve the main objective. From this, when analyzing the diverse aids that the digital economy can offer, it was deduced that it is important to create a web page that describes Bogotá Maquila and its services, in addition to registering this page in a denominated marketplace, which offers the possibility of facilitating the connections with other companies, which is of great benefit since the business model that manages Bogotá Maquila is a B2B. To obtain results, the theory of the digital economy was taken as a theoretical framework, supported by a documentary-type methodology and information taken directly from the company that allowed the organizational analysis and digital economy strategies for internationalization. It was obtained as a result that the company Textiles Vásquez Aragonés S.A.S at the organizational level has shortcomings in the primary and support activities, likewise, it was possible to evidence that it lacks strategic alliances that hinder the growth of the company. On the other hand, about digital economy strategies for internationalization, it was determined that the B2B e-commerce model can be implemented; which is the one that best suits the company since it generates an important link with customers, as well as, allowing efficient management information that attracts customers through the publication of its content, being able to unify a strategy to create a web page that describes the company and also the services it provides. In the same way, associate this web page in a Marketplace as this could facilitate connections with other companies. For the development of this research and to achieve the proposed objective was made the analysis characterizing the palm oil and the opportunities it has to penetrate the Swiss market. In addition, the increase in the demand for gulupa at an international level that has been generated by changes in the dietary habits of the population that seeks to improve and maintain their health. The results that are evidenced in the research using the Porter value chain model and the analysis of the alternatives presented by the international market for the gulupa, suggests that the company Tukaneta SAS improves, its administrative structure in order to be more competitive. In this way, the company will take advantage from the current international market opportunities.
