    Next, the research carried out on the management of conflicts during the period comprised in the first semester of the year 2021 in the National Public Procurement Agency - Colombia Efficient Purchase (ANCP-CCE) located in the city of Bogotá, is presented. that during the period the world faced the Covid 19 Pandemic, consequently the agency unexpectedly adopted work at home as a tool for continuous operation and in order to meet strategic objectives. This scenario allowed the different physical, semantic, philosophical, psychological and professional training factors that affected organizational communication to become more acute, showing the negotiation and conflict management that were used within the communication processes in the agency in the modalities of face-to-face and virtual work, this research seeks to identify the different factors that influenced the negotiations and the management of conflicts in officials. Once the problem statement has been made, the project question is resolved: What are the factors that affect the negotiation and management of conflicts between the collaborators of the National Public Procurement Agency - Colombia Efficient Purchase during the first semester of the year 2021 ?, to solve this problem it was necessary to account to the agency officials in order to find out what were the factors that affected the negotiation and conflict management.
