    Percepción de los estudiantes del Programa de Administración de Empresas a su proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje y su articulación con el sector laboral

    This research work consists in the description and analysis of the perception that students have of the Business Administration Program in terms of acquired knowledge and its articulation with in the working world. The problem of this research is focused on the Business Administration Program and its continuous process of self-evaluation and improvement in the adjustments of the syllabus, review of subjects and elective nuclei, since it has not been taken into account with a students oriented analysis, that provide necessary information for improvement plans, regarding Augustinian values that identify the Program, importance of the different areas that compose the study plan, interests in the offer of electives and development of skills and competences , and its articulation with in the working environment. The study was carried out based on the quantitative method with a descriptive approach, whose data collection instrument was a physical survey, which contains 28 questions divided into three phases, the first one that shows the students' work context, the Second one involves the academic context and the third phase give us information on their work performance, the analysis helped the formulation of proposals which aim to help the Program to obtain a more general vision of the perception that students have regarding the knowledge acquired during their training and the applicability to working life.
