    Efectos de la gestión administrativa sobre el quehacer docente: Un análisis de la intervención administrativa en la práctica docente en una institución de Guayabal de Síquima (Cundinamarca)

    This research aims to analyze how administrative management influences teachers' work. The study seeks to understand whether these functions strengthen the institutional organization and support pedagogical processes, or whether, on the contrary, they limit teaching practice. To this end, the general objective is to analyze the relationship between administrative management and teaching practice, as well as its impact on the quality of teaching practice. The research employs a qualitative approach, under an interpretive paradigm and phenomenological design, allowing for an understanding of the experiences and perceptions of teachers and administrators regarding the phenomenon under study.
