    Producción y comercialización de cacao orgánico

    This article analyzes the production and marketing of organic cacao in the municipality of Santa Rosa del Sur, Bolívar Department (Colombia), with an emphasis on the producers' association APROCASUR, which brings together more than 400 farmers dedicated to replacing illicit crops with sustainable agroforestry systems. The central problem identified is the lack of structured management models that would allow small-scale producers to overcome the technical, organizational, and commercial gaps that limit their access to specialized markets and organic certifications. In this regard, the research poses the following question: How can the design and implementation of an organic cacao production and marketing model, based on project management tools, improve the productivity, certification, and profitability of small-scale producers in the municipality of Santa Rosa del Sur, Bolívar Department, by 2026? The research employs a mixed methodological approach —quantitative and qualitative— of descriptive and exploratory scope, using structured surveys with Likert scale and semi-structured interviews as data collection instruments, analyzed through triangulation and descriptive statistics.
