    The establishment of strategic planning with each and every one of the productive, logistic and administrative processes of the company Agroindustrias Lautero S.A.S. is considered a necessity within the research and proposal here proposed as it will allow the company to strengthen its strengths and work on its weaknesses. This research involves the development in different stages in which the company under study is identified, through the analysis of the problem through the use of tools such as the problem tree, direct observation, elaboration of flow diagrams. These collected data go hand in hand with the development and search of current bibliography regarding strategies of planning, productive processes and development of SMEs both in Colombia and worldwide. This study identifies the different inconveniences and opportunities for improvement in management, production and administration among others of this company, in order to propose solutions to the problems encountered. It identifies during the investigation lack of establishment of corporate objectives in the short, medium and long term that allow to define a north to the direction in its action.
