In this edition, sustainable entrepreneurship, labor productivity, the role of higher education in the country's development and trends in current social dynamics are addressed. Likewise, the academic events led by the Faculty of Economic and Administrative Sciences in this first semester of the year 2022 are presented. We invite you to enjoy and share our faculty newsletter and to participate in future editions with your ideas, articles and companies, seeking to enrich this space for communication and construction of knowledge in the Uniagustinian academic community.Item Propuesta plan de mejora al proceso actual de seguridad y salud en el trabajo aplicado a Confipetrol S.A.S durante el primer semestre del 2021Pineda, María Alejandra; Avellaneda-Avellaneda, Zulma JuliethThe main objective of this document is to present to the management of Confipetrol SAS a plan for the improvement in the well-being of human talent, adjusted to the conditions framed in the concept of new normality, at which time the research question is posed: What actions are should they develop to improve the well-being of the collaborators in Confipetrol SAS?. The approach to the questioning that gives rise to the problem is carried out through a qualitative descriptive research, in which a sample was taken made up of collaborators belonging to the Cubiro and Cravo oil fields located in Yopal (Casanare), in addition to administrative personnel of the city of Bogotá, conducting a survey that made it easier to diagnose the ineffectiveness of current wellness plans and, based on their suggestions, propose the improvement proposal that includes strengthening the technical knowledge of employees, carrying out bingo-bazaar-like activities, tips for taking advantage of active breaks aimed at remote collaborators, as the main strategies.
