    Propuesta para la implementación de estrategias de responsabilidad social empresarial dirigida a los clientes de la academia de Seguridad Privada CEFORVIG Ltda.

    The purpose of this project is to create a proposal for Corporate Social Responsibility strategies aimed at the clients of the private security and surveillance academy CEFORVIG LTDA. This idea arises as a response to the problem that the organization has presented in the last year with a decrease in the enrollment compared to the previous year. Initially a diagnosis of the organization is carried out that allows to identify internal strengths and weaknesses of the organization and at the same time the opportunities and threats that are presented at the macro level are analyzed. Then the questionnaire of the Ethos Indicator Number 30 Excellence of care is applied. This questionnaire is divided into two parts, the first one is applied to customers of the company and the second part is applied to employees, in order to obtain a complete overview of customer management in the company. Finally, the results are tabulated and strategies are formulated that allow compliance with the indicator and improve the relationship of clients with the academy.
