    The following research want to develop a tool that permits an analysis of the current state, taking into account different organizational aspects such as marketing, strategic planning, operations and organizational structure. Allowing the generation of a diagnosis that would lead the develop of a matrix of logical methodology to solve a problem and create a plan to follow through a series of procedures and activities thus generating new growth strategies and stability within the changing market. This research work seeks to allows the company to achieve continuous improvement through a logical framework methodology, making known the importance and relevance of the company, the points to improve as an opportunity, weakness, current and future threats for the service sector, and the active feedback of the strengths, which allowed to reach the conclusion that an implementation plan that allows the growth of RENACER BELLEZA NATURAL SPA Y PELUQUERIA after identifying the points to improve in the different administrative processes
