| dc.description | La empresa CDM S.A.S. es una compañía perteneciente al sector de la metalmecánica, la cual debido a la naturaleza de sus operaciones y al enfoque dado por sus administradores se encuentra directamente ligada al sector de la construcción de vivienda y, se encarga del suministro e instalación de perfilería en hierro. Este trabajo tiene como finalidad presentar un proyecto de planeación tributaria para la vigencia del año fiscal 2018 para la mencionada compañía debido que; a pesar de su antigüedad, no cuenta aún con tan importante herramienta administrativa. Esta planeación, se llevará a cabo de forma progresiva en diferentes fases que inician con la recopilación de la información financiera de los últimos cuatro (4) años fiscales, la realización de un presupuesto proyectado de ingresos, costos y gastos proyectados y, la determinación de los principales tributos aplicables a la empresa. Una vez recopilada la información, se realizará la planeación respectiva, la cual permitirá realizar un calendario tributario proyectado que podrán aplicar los administradores de la entidad. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | The Enterprise CDM S.A.S. is a company that belongs to the metal mechanical industry, which, due to the nature of its operations and the approach given by the administrators, is directly linked to the residential construction sector and is in charge of the supply and installation of iron articles. This work aims to present a Tax Planning project for the fiscal year 2018 for the mentioned company because, despite its age, it does not have such an important administrative tool. This Planning will be carried out progressively in different phases that will begin with the compilation of the last two (2) fiscal years financial information, the realization of an income and expenses projected budget, and the identification of the main applicable taxes to the company. Once the information has been compiled, the respective planning will be carried out, which will allow to realize a projected tax calendar that the administrators of the entity will be able to apply. | es_ES |
