dc.descriptionEl objetivo de este estudio es realizar un análisis del perfil de los consumidores y de su comportamiento de compra en el centro comercial Tintal Plaza con el fin de identificar las principales características sociodemográficas, los patrones de visita y los factores que afectan su experiencia en el lugar. En la construcción de este estudio se ha adoptado el enfoque cuantitativo para su ejecución basado en un diseño no experimental, transversal y descriptivo. La recolección de datos se realizó mediante un cuestionario estructurado aplicado a 40 consumidores, cuyos resultados posteriormente han sido organizados y analizados de manera descriptiva. Los hallazgos muestran que la mayoría de los participantes tienen entre 18 y 35 años y que existe una alta frecuencia de visitas al centro comercial, particularmente relacionadas con el hecho de hacer compras. Por otro lado, la seguridad, la diversidad de locales comerciales y las áreas de recreación fueron los factores más valorados en la visita. También se debe mencionar la buena experiencia de los participantes, así como la intención de recomendar el centro comercial y el interés en comprar productos sostenibles. Para concluir los hallazgos de este estudio proporcionan información acerca de las preferencias de los consumidores del centro comercial Tintal Plaza.
dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this research is the analysis of the consumer profile and buying behavior at Tintal Plaza Shopping Center through sociodemographic factors, visit patterns, and the attributes that affect the consumer experience. This study uses a quantitative approach and the design of the research is a non-experimental, cross-sectional, and descriptive design. This study used a questionnaire for data collection from 40 customers and the results have been analyzed using descriptive statistics. It can be seen from the findings that most of the consumers belong to 18-35 age group, are frequent visitors, and shopping is the main purpose of their visit. Safety, variety of stores, and entertainment area are considered as important attributes. The majority of the consumers were satisfied with the overall experience, willing to recommend the shopping center and interested in sustainable products. From this study, it can be concluded that consumer profiling and preferences provide useful information to improve the marketing strategies of shopping centers.
