dc.descriptionThe patterns of activity and growth that develop in a dwelling can be as diverse as its occupants, so the organizational and functional structure must meet the need for a more flexible and adaptable space with a prospective vision of its use over time, characteristics that become more urgent in a rural environment where the activity, unlike the urban context, is increased due to the productive connotation of the territory and the need to maintain a permeable relationship with his periphery. Regard these aspects, the research focuses on determining how a generic space enables not only the multiple interaction between activities, but also recognizes the flexible capacity needed to adapt such uses according to multiple activities that give mobility to the space, because, although it is not possible to determine its specific use in the future, it is necessary to anticipate which elements of it will eventually change. For this reason, the project develops a mixed methodology for the compilation of both physical and phenomenal data, in order to recognize the relationships between spaces and carry out a direct intervention on the organizational structure, with the ultimate goal of creating generic spaces that transform it according to the progressive growth.en
dc.descriptionLos patrones de actividad y crecimiento específicos que se desarrollan en una vivienda pueden ser tan diversos como sus usuarios, por lo que la estructura organizativa y funcional debe atender la necesidad de un espacio más flexible y adaptable con una visión a prospectiva sobre su uso a través del tiempo, características que se hacen más urgentes en un entorno rural en el que la actividad, a diferencia del contexto urbano, es mayor debido a la connotación productiva del territorio y la necesidad por mantener una relación permeable con el exterior. En este sentido, la investigación se centra en determinar como un espacio genérico facilita no solo la interacción múltiple entre actividades, sino que reconoce la capacidad flexible necesaria para adaptar tales usos en función de múltiples actividades que otorguen movilidad al espacio puesto que, aunque no sea posible determinar su uso específico en el futuro, es preciso prever que elementos de él cambian. Por esta razón el proyecto desarrolla una metodología mixta para la recolección de datos tanto físicos como fenoménicos, con el fin de reconocer las relaciones entre los espacios y realizar una intervención directa sobre la estructura organizativa, con el objetivo de crear espacios genéricos que transformen el mismo en función del crecimiento progresivo.es
