dc.descriptionEl sector gastronómico ubicado en la ciudad de Bogotá D.C. en la localidad de Bosa en el barrio Nueva Granada, ha sido el punto de la ciudad en el que se enfoca este trabajo de grado puesto que es conocido y cercano en el entorno de las estudiantes que realizan este trabajo, el sector gastronómico de esta parte de la ciudad está conformada por microempresas, que en su mayoría son administradas por el núcleo familiar y que en algunas ocasiones, los dueños de estos restaurantes no tienen el conocimiento de cómo realizar los costos de sus negocios, es por esto que la propuesta de este trabajo es generar propuestas que puedan ayudar a estos comerciantes aprendiendo a manejar sus costos y puedan mejorar los resultados en cuanto a la utilidad que generan sus negocios.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThe gastronomic sector located in the city of Bogotá D.C. in the town of Bosa in the Nueva Granada neighborhood, it has been the sector of the city that we have decided to focus on for this degree project since it is known and close to us, the gastronomic sector of this part of the city is made up of micro-enterprises, that in their majority are managed by the family nucleus and that in some occasions, the owners of these restaurants do not have the knowledge of how to carry out the costs of their businesses, that is why the proposal of this work is to be able to help these merchants by learning to manage their costs and can improve the results in terms of the profit generated by their businesses.es_ES
