| dc.description | Los derechos humanos son fundamentales para llevar una vida digna y tener la oportunidad de gozar de una igualdad social; en donde el reconocimiento y la justicia hacen parte de estos derechos primordiales, ya que si faltan algunos de los dos, se comienza a afectar la dignidad humana. Este es el caso de los habitantes de calle en Colombia quienes al no ser reconocidos como sujetos en igualdad de condiciones, se les vulneran sus derechos terminando por ser marginados, violentados y repudiados. Es de esta manera como la sociedad empieza a tener una deuda con la población de calle ya que tanto el Estado como la sociedad no han logrado solucionar e implementar la Ley 1641 de 2013 la cual pretende darle fin al problema de aumento de habitantes en calle. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | Human Rights are essential to have a dignified life and the opportunity of enjoying the social equality, where the recognition and social justice belong to these fundamentals’ rights since if one of them is missing the human dignity would be affected. This is the case of homeless people in Colombia who are not recognized as individuals in equal conditions, their rights are violated ending up being marginalized and disowned. At this point is when society start to have a dept with homeless population as the State as the community have not achieved to solve and apply Law 1641 of 2013, which pretend ending the increase of homeless people whose ideal is provide health. | es_ES |
