dc.descriptionEste documento se realiza con el propósito de identificar la potencialidad que tiene el área de eventos en el Hotel Habitel para convertirse en una unidad estratégica de negocio. basándonos en datos estadísticos que permitieron analizar el comportamiento de los eventos, la posición de esta área en el Hotel a nivel logística, comercial y financiera, evaluando las fuerzas internas y externas que debimos tener en cuenta para llevar a cabo un análisis de las oportunidades que presenta el mercado en comparación con el estado actual del Hotel, planteando así estrategias de mejora y una propuesta de inversión que permita establecer una unidad sólida que este a la vanguardia y que pueda atender diferentes tipos de mercado.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThis document is made with the purpose of identifying the potential that the events area has in the Habitel Hotel to become a strategic business unit. based on statistical data that allowed us to analyze the behavior of the events, the position of this area in the Hotel at a logistic, commercial and financial level, evaluating the internal and external forces that we had to take into account to carry out an analysis of the opportunities that presents the market in comparison with the real state of the hotel, thus proposing improvement strategies and an investment proposal that allows establishing a solid unit that is at the forefront and that can serve different types of market.es_ES
