Propuesta de implementación para la gestión ambiental del establecimiento hotelero Lemus Plaza

Abstract

The central objective of the document is the development of the environmental management proposal for the establishment hotelier Lemus Plaza that allows it to improve its environmental performance and project towards an efficient environmental management, therefore, in its planning and part of its execution it was necessary to determine aspects and parameters of environmental management in the segment hotelier colombian, identifying the objective of the proposal through of the development of the environment of the criterions reflected under the Colombian Technical Standard NTC 5133. In the first instance is developed an initial diagnosis and through of the observation and documentatio of process the áreas of action to be treated will be determined, which allowed the design what the design of the proposal through the structuring of the manual of good practices in the environment that contains the development of each criterion of the NTC 5133, bringing the Hotel Lemus Plaza to the certification in Colombian Environmental Seal.
