Abstract

The present work aims to design a manual of functions and procedures for the practitioners of the logistics area of the company Laboratory of cosmetics Vogue S.A. In order to provide a solution to the reprocesses that occurred when they were found through a non-experimental investigation evaluating the situations that took place within the logistics area, a descriptive type investigation was carried out, asking questions to evaluate the variables of the investigation problem identifying the causes and consequences. The information was collected by means of surveys carried out with the most senior collaborators. The results that threw the investigation are as follows: the high turnover of practitioners in the area of logistics of Vogue cosmetics laboratory does not use proper monitoring transactions and processes performed by them. Disorder in the execution of processes, due to the fact that practitioners do not take note proper step by step. Lot of reprocesses by the lack of a detailed guide of functions to perform. Therefore, the decision create a guide for practitioners in the area of logistics where indicating the functions to be performed and its respective step by step.
