Propuesta de sensibilización para la prestación de servicios de alojamiento a musulmanes.
Resumen
Esta investigación fue desarrollada con el propósito de recopilar la mayor cantidad de información posible relacionada a las características, modo de vida, preferencias y costumbres de los musulmanes como consumidores hoteleros. Con este proceso se logró obtener información autentica y reciente lo que permitió establecer la potencialidad de esta comunidad con relación a su consumo de servicios hoteleros.
De acuerdo con esto se identificaron los hechos más influyentes y determinantes aplicables a la industria actual en Bogotá Colombia, actividad que permitió estructurar la investigación actual que se compromete a fortalecer la provisión de servicios de alojamiento a través del conocimiento y análisis detallado de las necesidades de este consumidor potencial.
Abstract
This research was developed with the purpose of compiling as much information as possible related to the characteristics, way of life, preferences and customs of Muslims as hotel consumers. With this process it was possible to obtain authentic and recent information which allowed establishing the potential of this community in relation to its consumption of hotel services.
According to this, the most influential and determinant fact in the current hotel industry in Bogotá Colombia were identified and this activity that allowed to structure the current research that makes a commitment to strengthening to the provision of housing services through knowledge and detailed analysis of the needs of this potential consumer.
